The following documents contain information regarding the Plum Creek Farms Homeowners' Association. The attachments below will allow you to view and/or print copies of these documents.

The Declaration of Restrictions are comprised of the rules and regulations for Plum Creek Farms Homeowners. These Covenants/Restrictions are established to preserve and enhance property values.

Our Homeowners' Association is run by the Board, which is bound by the Association's By-Laws.

For specific examples of improvements and modifications to properties that require pre-approval, click on the attachment below labeled Pre-Approval Examples.

Improvements to Homeowner's property must be pre-approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
